This is what the Reflective Rebels Collective does. We try interesting things together. No pitches. No forced networking. Just business owners actually enjoying each other's company.

February's gathering: bouldering at Eden Rock climbing centre.

Organised by Ray Cassidy, Collective member and genuinely obsessed climber who wants to share why he loves this

Here's what happens:

1pm-2pm: Professional instruction from the Eden Rock team. They'll teach you the basics - how to climb, how to fall. No experience needed whatsoever.

2pm onwards: Free climbing time with the group. Try routes, cheer each other on, laugh when you can't figure out what a 5-year-old just scaled effortlessly.

Why bouldering?

Because you'll look silly together (much better than looking silly alone). Because there's no small talk when both hands are busy. Because everyone falls - that's literally the sport - so there's zero performance pressure. Because you can't check your phone and you have to actually be present. Because it's just fun.

Loose clothing recommended. Suitable for all fitness levels - if my 5-year-old can do it, so can you.
