Rebels Collective: For Carlisle's Business Owners & Leaders Who Are Done Pretending

Forget forced networking and 60-second pitches. This is where you stop feeling alone.

Tired of early breakfast meetings and 60-second pitches, or feeling like an outsider in a hotel lobby full of people in suits? Yeah, us too.

Rebels Collective is Carlisle's alternative to traditional business networking. No weekly commitment. No forced referrals. No pretending you've got it all figured out. Just business owners and leaders who are done performing and ready to connect with people who feel the same.

We host co-working days, workshops, a monthly book club, and whatever else sounds good - pub quizzes, pottery, bouldering, bowling, dancing. Sometimes you're working. Sometimes you're learning. Sometimes you're just being human and doing something daft.

What's coming up?

Monthly Book Club: Our Longest Running Gathering

Reflective Rebels book club is a space for us to come together to talk about life, leadership and work. Each month we read a book that challenges the way we think, and more importantly we get together to have deep conversations about what we've learned.

Get a feel for what it's like to rebel with us.

Ready to Rebel?

How it works:

You get a message. "Coffee at 10am?" "Sketching session next week?" "Walk in the woods?"

Say yes or ignore it. Meet up, have real conversations with business owners who get it, go back to your life feeling more connected.

Always informal. Always free (you buy your own coffee etc.). No presentations, no business cards, no pretending.
