More information

You've been meaning to sort your social media for months. Probably longer. You know it matters, you know you should be more visible, and yet every time you sit down to actually do something about it the same thing happens. Nothing. Or something that doesn't feel like you, posted with mild embarrassment, quietly hoping nobody you know notices.

It's not laziness. It's not even really about time. It's the creeping worry that putting yourself out there will look like showing off. That someone who knows you will cringe, or call you out, or think you've got too big for your boots. So you say nothing. And your business stays invisible.

This workshop exists because that problem has two parts, and most people only ever tackle one of them.

Ben Hickman spends the first half helping you work out who you actually are, what you genuinely believe, and why the world needs to hear it from you specifically. Not building a personal brand. Not finding the right mask. In a world drowning in AI content and people performing confidence they don't feel, the most radical thing you can do is just be genuinely, unapologetically yourself. Ben helps you get there.

Then Becky Mann takes over. Her job is to give you the tools to understand your tone of voice and your ideal audience. Being comfortable with who you're speaking to and how you would like to speak to them is the foundation of any great social media strategy. She'll also give you a simple idea generating framework, so you never have to stare at a blank screen wondering what to post again.

Three hours. Two experts. One problem finally solved.

Who it's for: Small business owners who keep watching other people show up online and wondering why it feels so effortless for everyone except them -- and who are finally ready to do something about it.

What you leave with: A way of showing up online that finally feels like you, and a structure simple enough to actually stick to.

Investment: £95 per person. Places are limited to 10.

Your facilitators

  • Ben Hickman is a business coach with 14 years of experience helping people figure out who they actually are in their work and build from there. He founded Reflective Rebels because he believes life's too short to run a business that doesn't feel like you. He's the one who asks the questions that make things click.

  • Becky Mann is the founder of B&Co Studio, a Cumbria-based digital marketing agency specialising in social media, photography and content creation. She's spent years helping ambitious small businesses show up online in a way that actually works, and she brings warmth, creativity and a seriously practical eye to everything she does.
