A three-hour taster session for senior leaders considering joining the Vulnerable Leaders Lab when it launches in June 2026.
Come and experience what the Lab is actually like. Work through something real with a small group of peers, with expert facilitation from ILM Level 7 executive coach Ben Hickman. See whether this is your kind of thing before committing to anything.
The Vulnerable Leaders Lab is a coach-led peer group for senior leaders who are ready to lead authentically, with less performance, more honesty, and a lot less exhaustion.
Maximum 10 spaces on the taster (6 spaces on the lab). £30 to attend the taster.
